Connect your Facebook Page so the AI agent answers every Messenger conversation — and, optionally, every comment on your posts.

Connecting your Page

1. Go to Business Profiles → Connect Facebook.
2. Log in with the Facebook account that admins your Page.
3. Select the Page and approve the requested permissions.

Sales Chat AI uses the official Meta integration — your Page is connected the same verified way big platforms do it. We subscribe your Page to messaging (and comment) webhooks automatically; there is nothing manual to configure.

What the agent can do on Messenger

• Reply to every message instantly, with a real typing indicator and seen mark.
• Send quick-reply buttons (e.g. product choices, "Confirm Order").
• 1-Click Order — the customer taps one button and the order is placed instantly.
• Read images the customer sends and reply about them.
• Understand quoted replies — when a customer replies to a specific earlier message, the AI knows which one.

Manual takeover

Reply to any conversation yourself from the Page inbox — the AI detects your manual reply and pauses itself for that conversation, then resumes automatically after a cooldown. You can also pause/resume the AI per-conversation from your dashboard.

Using your own Facebook App (optional)
