Smart AI Behavior
Beyond answering questions, the agent has built-in behaviors that make it feel human and keep it out of your way.
Returning-customer memory
Customers are remembered permanently. When someone messages again after a gap — a week, a month, even a year — the agent recognises them and sees their recent confirmed orders. A repeat buyer can just say "ভাই আগেরটা আবার দেন" and the agent knows what they mean. Nothing to configure; it's automatic.
Image & voice understanding
- A customer sends a photo ("এটা আছে?") — the agent looks at the image and answers.
- A customer sends a voice note — the agent listens and replies in text.
- Works with mixed messages too: image + caption, voice + text.
The agent can also send media from your library — product photos, price lists, and audio clips.
Quoted-reply awareness
When a customer swipe-replies to a specific earlier message ("এইটার দাম কত?"), the agent knows exactly which message they mean — on Messenger and every WhatsApp connection type.
Message batching
Real customers send bursts: "dam koto?", "delivery ase?", "dhaka te". Instead of firing three replies, the agent waits a configurable moment and answers everything in one message. Feels natural, and costs one reply's credits instead of three.
Auto-pause on manual reply
The moment you reply to a conversation manually — from the Page inbox or your own WhatsApp — the AI steps back for that conversation and resumes automatically later. You can also pause/resume any conversation from the dashboard, or block a customer entirely.
Human escalation
If a customer demands a human, or the agent hits something it shouldn't handle (a refund dispute, a complaint), it stops, flags the conversation, and notifies you so you can take over.
Typing indicator & seen marks
The agent marks messages as seen and shows a typing indicator before replying — on Messenger and on every WhatsApp connection method — so the conversation feels attended, not botted.
Unread badges
Your dashboard shows WhatsApp-style unread message badges per conversation, so you can see at a glance who's waiting on a human.
