The agent doesn't just chat — it sells. Every order it takes lands in your dashboard with full details, ready to fulfil.

How the AI takes an order

  1. Customer shows buying intent ("এটা নিব").
  2. The agent collects what's missing: product, quantity, name, delivery address, phone number.
  3. It confirms the details back to the customer and creates the order.

If the same customer taps "order" twice, the agent updates the quantity on the existing order instead of creating a duplicate.

1-Click Order (Messenger)

On Messenger the agent can send a product card with an order button — the customer taps once and the order is placed instantly with their profile details.

Order statuses

Status Meaning
awaiting_info The agent is still collecting details
confirmed Complete and confirmed with the customer
cancelled Cancelled by you or the customer

When an order comes in, you're notified

  • Email to your account address.
  • WhatsApp message to your admin number.
  • WhatsApp group broadcast — post every new order into your team's group.
  • Telegram — connect your own bot and get order alerts there.

Courier booking (Steadfast)

Connect your Steadfast API credentials under Integrations, and either:

  • Auto-book — every confirmed order is sent to Steadfast automatically, or
  • One-click book — press Book Courier on any order in the dashboard.

The consignment ID and tracking status are saved back onto the order.

Export & sync

  • CSV/Excel export — download your full order history any time from the Orders page.
  • Google Sheets — one-click connect; every order auto-appears in your sheet. See Integrations.
  • WooCommerce — orders can be pushed into your existing store.
