Comment Automation

Facebook comments are where sales start — and where spam lives. The agent watches every comment on your Page's posts and acts on each one automatically.

What it can do per comment

  • Public reply — answer the comment right under the post ("দাম কত?" → a polite public answer).
  • Private reply — send the commenter a Messenger message and continue the sale in the inbox.
  • Both at once — reply publicly and open a private conversation.
  • Delete — remove spam, abuse, or competitor link-drops automatically.

How it decides

Every incoming comment is analysed by a lightweight AI model that classifies it (question, buying intent, praise, spam/abuse) and picks the action based on your settings. You control:

  • Whether public replies, private replies, or both are enabled.
  • Whether negative/spam comments are auto-removed.
  • The instructions the reply-writer follows (tone, what to say, what never to say).

Setting it up

  1. Connect your Facebook Page (Messenger guide) — comment webhooks are subscribed automatically.
  2. Open Business Profiles → Comments and turn on the behaviors you want.
  3. Watch the Comment Log: every comment, its classification, and the action taken are recorded so you can audit what the AI did.

Costs

Comment analysis uses a small, cheap model; a comment reply costs about the same as a normal chat reply. Both are metered in the same credits as everything else — see Plans, Credits & Billing.
