Campaigns, SMS & Email#
Send an SMS, an email or an approved WhatsApp template to a segment of your contacts. Each channel is connected to one business profile and is used only for that profile's campaigns. Keys and passwords are stored encrypted and are never shown again.
Connect your SMS provider#
Open Campaigns → Channels per business profile → SMS, choose your gateway and save. Use Send test SMS to check it works before a real send.

Using any other provider ("Custom")#
Copy the details from your provider's API documentation:
- API URL and the method (GET or POST), and whether parameters go as a form, JSON or in the URL.
- Parameters, one per line as
name=value. You can use these placeholders:{to}(the number),{message}(the text),{sender}(sender ID) and{secret}(your key). - Optional headers such as
Authorization: Bearer {secret}, and a success text the provider answers with.
The address must be a public website; private or internal addresses are refused for safety.
Connect your email (SMTP)#
Choose a preset — Gmail / Google Workspace (use an app password), Brevo, Resend, Amazon SES, Zoho, Outlook / Microsoft 365, Mailgun or SendGrid — or type any server (cPanel and others) yourself. The connection is tested before it is saved. Without your own server, campaigns use the platform's default mailbox.
Make a campaign#
- New campaign → pick the business profile, channel and write the message (
{name}becomes the contact's first name). - Choose the audience: interest level, lead status, tags, whether they have ordered.
- Confirm that these contacts agreed to receive promotions, send yourself a test, then start.
Contacts who opted out or are blocked are never messaged, and every email carries an unsubscribe link. Sending is paced in batches with a daily cap per business.
WhatsApp templates#
WhatsApp only allows free text inside a 24-hour customer window. For bulk sends choose an approved template. For unofficial WhatsApp connections use Follow-up Campaigns.
