How credits work
Credits are the usage currency of Sales Chat AI:
- 1 credit ≈ 1 AI reply — one answer to a customer, even if they sent several messages (batching combines them).
- 1 credit ≈ 1 image or voice-note read.
- Comment analysis and replies are metered the same way.
Every plan includes a monthly bundle of credits. When they run out, the AI keeps working — you just top up whatever amount you need from the subscription page (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, mCash, Tap). Unused topped-up credit stays on your balance.

Upgrading
Upgrade any time — the unused value of your current plan is deducted from the upgrade price, so you never pay twice for the same month.
BYOK (your own API key)
If you bring your own OpenRouter API key, AI usage bills to your OpenRouter account directly and your monthly Sales Chat AI price drops to the BYOK rate shown on each plan. Best for high-volume businesses that want raw-cost AI usage.
Payments & invoices
Pay via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, mCash, or Tap; submit the transaction ID and your plan activates on approval (usually minutes). Every payment has a downloadable PDF invoice.
Watching your usage
Your subscription page shows your live credit balance and usage history — every reply is logged with which agent spent it and how much.
