Look under any popular post from an online shop and you will see the same comments again and again: "price?", "available?", "details in inbox". Each one is a customer asking to buy. If nobody answers for hours, that customer moves on. If you answer every one by hand, you spend your day typing the same reply.
Comment automation fixes both problems by answering instantly and moving the conversation somewhere private where an order can actually happen.
How the flow works
- A customer comments "price" under your post.
- A keyword preset recognises the word and replies publicly with a short message, for example "Sent you the details in your inbox".
- At the same time, a private message with the full answer goes to the commenter.
- From there your AI agent continues the conversation: it answers questions, collects order details and confirms the order.
Set up your keywords
Start with the words customers really use. Include Bangla and Banglish spellings, because people rarely type them one way.
- Price: "price", "dam", "koto", "how much".
- Availability: "available", "stock", "ache".
- Order: "order", "buy", "nibo".
Each preset has a reply and a destination: reply publicly, send a private message, or both. The step-by-step instructions are in Comment Automation.
Keep the public reply short
The public reply is a signal, not the sales pitch. One friendly line is enough. Put the real details in the private message, where the customer can ask follow-up questions.
A worked example
Say you sell panjabis and post a photo of a new design. Within an hour you get twenty comments: "price?", "dam koto", "size M ache?", and a few "inbox". With three presets (price, size and "inbox") every one of those commenters gets a short public reply and a private message containing the price, the available sizes and a question: "Which size would you like?". The ones who answer are already in a conversation with your agent, which can collect their name, phone and address and confirm the order. You did not type anything.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Replying with the whole price list in public. It invites price comparison and clutters the post. Keep details private.
- Using the same public reply every time. Write two or three variations so the page does not look robotic.
- Forgetting stock changes. If an item sells out, update the agent's information so it does not promise what you no longer have.
- Never checking the results. Presets are easy to set and easy to forget; a weekly look keeps them useful.
Protect your page
You can also have the system automatically delete spam, abuse and competitor link-drops so they do not sit under your product posts. Turn it on in the comment settings and check the results on your page for the first few days.
Measure what matters
- How many comments turned into private conversations?
- How many conversations became orders?
- Which keywords bring the most buyers?
