Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your Sales Chat AI subscription. This policy explains how refunds work.

Subscription Plans

  • Subscription fees are billed for the plan period you select (monthly).
  • If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may request a full refund for that billing period within 7 days of payment.
  • Refund requests must be sent to info@nextcorebd.com with your account email and a description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Partial-month refunds are not provided if you cancel or downgrade partway through a paid period — your plan remains active until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Credits already consumed for AI replies are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not provided for issues caused by incorrect configuration on the business owner's side (e.g. invalid API keys, incorrect webhook setup for a self-hosted integration) where our support team has offered assistance.

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
